thanks to both of you.. I was talking about this with someone else and she was quick to point out the fact that generally when we use rougher language it is in association with anger and it promotes more anger. In that way especially it runs counter to what people expect to see in someone who claims to have a changed heart. Also, i think the arguement i presented that it is hard to be relevent unless you speak the language is less than true. There are definatly ways to speak effectively without being either dorky on the one extreme or using profanity on the other, and because this is a truth, I see my arguement in support of using "bad" words is now almost non existant...... And i am starting ot feel convicted about this area. Godd stuff. Thanks for walking that one though with me.
