hold please
i've been exceedingly busy the last week or so, since classes are rolling again. sorry for not posting as regularly. tomorrow happens to be the tenth aniversary of the most massive event in my adult life--the trigger for all kinds of other events (including getting married, etc.) and i want to blog about that, but i need to think about it some more first.
in the meantime, i leave you with a link to our pastor's message to the church on new years' day this year. it's a wonderful way to start a new year.

i did not know that you have been a christian for only 10 years. i always thought it was longer. glad to hear that you will write about it in more detail. i look forward to reading the post as well as imagining it in my head. knowing you i am sure that it will be filled with alot of interesting people
enjoy your classes and work load

good guess....but that's not it.
i became a christian in the "born again" sense long ago. though i've had lots of times where the walk seemed more like a marathon than a series of sprints.

here is a second guess, but it is dark...
could it be the anniversary of your father's passing? i am hoping this is not the case, but i know how much my dad's anniversary of his death causes me to be emotional.
