i don't have time to write this

it's tuesday night. by the end of the day thursday, i must: 1) finish a 25 page philosophy paper (the equivalent of 100 pages in any other subject, 200 if you're talking about literature or journalism--just kidding andy); 2) take a 4-hour long in-class exam (only the second exam i've taken since 1997); 3) grade 24 final exams for my undergrad students; 4) submit final grades for this undergrad class; 5) straighten out my teaching and course load for next semester; 6) submit my syllabus for a summer course i'm teaching in june. if you're the praying type, i could use yours right now. if you're not the praying type, would you swing a chicken around your head three times and yell out in yiddish: "this is my atonement (3x); let my iniquities be on the head of this chicken and may God have mercy on me, a sinner" on my behalf? i could use it. thank you very much.
